In addition to excelling in his role as North Central Regional President, Mike Caroll is also widely respected as a top-tier specialist who has spearheaded commercial and large loss projects worth over $20 Million. Mike oversees all commercial large loss projects and leads the entire North Central division in advancing corporate initiatives. Mike joined forces with our team in 2018 after Kustom acquired his business, CAT 5 Restoration, adding five offices to Kustom’s ever-expanding footprint.

With his achievements in the disaster restoration industry dating back to 1990, Mike supports his region with a wealth of experience, strong leadership, and unrivaled technical expertise. His keen instincts and invaluable perspective have served as a catalyst for success in his division, where he has been instrumental in growing our client base inside the North Central Region and beyond.
