I highly recommend Kustom for their outstanding emergency response and professionalism. Within an hour of reaching out to them around 6:00 AM, after my entire house was flooded in the middle of the night, their team arrived and immediately got to work. Throughout the entire process, they were professional, responsive, and thorough. They worked quickly to contain the flooding, remove the water, and get everything properly dried out, helping ensure that my home was safe for my family to live in. I truly appreciate their prompt response, hard work, and excellent service during a very stressful situation. Thank you, Kustom, for being there when we needed you most!

We are really please with the services provided by Kustom Disaster Restoration. Leo, Daniel, and Kathy have done an amazing job. Daniel and Leo came to our house at 3am in the morning to begin the restoration process after a pipe burst (caused damage to three levels of our home). Both gentlemen were very professional, detailed, and answered all of our questions. The next several days, Kathy and Leo continued the restoration process, but also started the daunting task of demolition. They took all the necessary steps block off each demolition area. Kathy and Leo were very neat, they took their time, and also kept us updated on term of what was going on. The entire time the restoration and demolition process occurred, Daniel communicated with us via phone call and text to provide updates.

Can’t say enough. Thorough, professional and honest. We met with Daniel to go over the mitigation process. He explained everything that would take place. We later met with Ryan, the Project Manager. Ryan was phenomenal. He stayed in contact throughout the process. We had flooring, painting and drywall installed due to a water leak. The construction crew lead by Fernando was just as detailed and did an excellent job repairing our home. We are delighted from what we had to go through to the final product. We recommend Kustom and if needed, will reuse them again.

I had sewage and water damage. Very stressful and unpleasant situation. Kustom was a friendly crew who stayed on top of mitigating and construction. Professional and extremely helpful. My full bathroom, closet floor and part bedroom floor came out better then it was prior to before this unfortunate mishap. Floors, tub, walls, toilet and vanity more than amazing!!! Thank you Daniel, Ryan, Ernesto and your wonderful crew. You are appreciated!

This is the best restoration and water mitigation service in the Atlanta area. I had an issue to start around 10:30 pm on a Friday night. Ryan drove an hour and a half and arrived at my home at just after 12:30 am. If he had not come based on the concern that he heard in my voice the damaged would have been much worse. He stopped any further damage and secured the area until his water mitigation team could come out the next morning. Let me tell you the water mitigation team was just as outstanding lead by Jared. They did the neatest but most thorough demolition in my living room and attic. Both teams were professional, prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about their segment of the project. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat!

The entire process with Kustom US was wonderful. From our first meeting with Neal who demonstrated a great expertise and knowledge of the business, and help guide us through insurance issues and kept us moving forward then Jonathan our project manager, who kept his crews going, and was on the spot at any moments notice he made sure everything was done, professionally and respectful, providing us with the best crew of BRENDA and Victor and the rest who were exceptional. They were professional, on time, respectful, caring, and kind with our home and with us personally. We truly feel blessed to have had them be there for us in this stressful situation. We would recommend them and their expertise wholeheartedly for any home repair, or renovation needs.
