In his role as Vice President, Western Washington for Kustom US, Imel is responsible for all operations in the Pacific Northwest and is based at our regional headquarters in Auburn, WA. Imel is a hands-on leader overseeing the sales and production of all our local offices West of The Cascades.
Imel first joined Kustom eight years ago as a Project Manager in the Seattle division following Kustom’s acquisition of Fenix Restoration. Although he joined Kustom as a recent college graduate with minimal industry background, Imel’s tenacity, drive, and natural curiosity soon landed him in a leadership position where he has since excelled. Imel is a force multiplier who possesses the rare ability to translate big ideas into operational stepping stones.
With his innate ability to think strategically, his demonstrated success within the restoration industry, and his experience running projects of every size and specialty, Imel brings a unique, growth-oriented mindset to the greater PNW.
Imel is a Seattle Native, who enjoys outdoor activities and all the PNW has to offer.
