As Vice President of Strategic Initiatives & Integration at Kustom US, Imel plays a pivotal role in aligning business goals with operational, technological, and inorganic growth strategies to enhance overall efficiency and profitability.
With over 15 years of experience in disaster restoration, Imel first joined Kustom as a Project Manager in the Seattle division following Kustom’s acquisition of Fenix Restoration. Imel’s tenacity, drive, and natural curiosity soon landed him in an operational leadership position where he excelled as a force multiplier who possesses the rare ability to translate big ideas into operational stepping stones.
With a wealth of knowledge in identifying growth opportunities, optimizing cross-functional collaboration, and implementing transformative projects Imel moved into his current role in late 2023 with a focus on transforming the way Kustom Integrates People, Processes, and Systems.
Imel is a Seattle Native, who enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his Great Danes, Hank, and Sky.
