With over 30 years of Fleet Industry experience, Matt Hendrix brings a wealth of skills and leadership to his role as Vice President of Operational Support

Having spent over three decades working in the transportation and logistics industry, he began his career with UPS as a mechanic and quickly rose through the ranks serving in various roles such as Fleet Manager and Project Manager, and inventor of 10 patents centered around GPS at UPS, he presented and sold the telematics project to the board of UPS, which were then successfully deployed across the entire enterprise of UPS.

After his tenure at UPS, Matt joined Fleet Advantage as Director of Fleet Services, where he helped his customers in the transportation industry to spec equipment and manage assets from cradle to grave. He has managed the life cycle of over 6,000 pieces of equipment and implemented GPS, maintenance processes and refurbishment programs that produced significant savings across the organization all while supervising 120 mechanics across 22 locations.

Matt strives to be challenged daily, yearns to create solutions to everyday concerns and train individuals to strive to do the same in a Business Environment, creating a culture of productivity and ownership for all employees.

Matt resides in Umatilla, Florida with the love of his life, Lisa who he met in 2017 and married in 2021, and their 4 dogs and 2 cats who were all rescued from local shelters.
