With over 25 years of dedicated service in Human Resources, Angie Loor is a seasoned people practitioner who believes in balancing human-centric approaches with scalability to foster an agile, high-performing culture. She began her career in the supply chain industry, where she worked for her father’s business, subsequently acquired by the largest PE-backed national pet distribution company in the US. Through this acquisition and integration journey, Angie honed her skills in various people operations roles, working to unify a diverse and distributed team nationwide with one centralized HR operating model.

Throughout her career, Angie has institutionalized human capital management processes across 20+ distribution centers, carefully orchestrating the development, wellbeing, and employee experience for a workforce exceeding 1,000 team members across 30+ states. Her contributions have played a pivotal role in driving company growth through strategic acquisitions, leveraging her deep understanding of people motions and best practices to energize company culture, while also sharpening capital efficiency.

Her leadership ethos is characterized by empathy, transparent communication, and an unwavering commitment to achieving results. Her passion for cultivating a culture of belonging within her team ensures every employee feels integral to their collective success. Angie thrives in collaborative ecosystems, working in stride with strategic senior leaders to develop and execute high-impact initiatives that propel the business forward.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership, Angie has fortified her academic foundation to complement her extensive practical experience. Her commitment to continuous learning is evident through her pursuit of professional growth, underscored by her dual certification as a Senior HR Professional by both SHRM and HRCI.

Outside of the office, Angie resides in Longwood, Florida, with her husband Oliver, their three children—Isabella, Ethan, and Gavin—and their beloved Goldendoodles, Leo and Luna. When she’s not transforming people processes, you’ll likely find Angie enjoying beach outings, traveling, game nights, and cheering on her favorite sports teams with her family.
