Seth Harrison

Chief Transformation Officer

With more than 15 years of experience spanning restoration operations, estimating, technology, and process improvement, Seth Harrison serves as Chief Transformation Officer at Kustom US. In this role, he leads Kustom’s enterprise transformation strategy, innovation roadmap, and operating model improvements while continuing to oversee the Centralized Estimating team. Drawing on his field experience and operational expertise, Seth works across the organization to identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen consistency, and help Kustom work smarter and scale more effectively.

Seth began his restoration career in the field as an Estimator and Project Manager with Apex Contracting & Restoration, A Division of Kustom, before joining Actionable Insights, where he spent eight years and ultimately served as Executive Director. He returned to Kustom US in 2025 as Director of Estimating, bringing a unique perspective shaped by hands-on restoration experience, industry education, process optimization, and organizational leadership. His ability to connect field realities with enterprise strategy helps turn complex operational challenges into practical, scalable improvements.

Seth earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in Insurance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. His combination of restoration industry experience, operational insight, and transformation-focused leadership supports Kustom’s continued evolution as the organization grows and strengthens its ability to serve divisions and customers nationwide.
