Gethin Huckle

Chief Financial Officer

With more than 20 years of experience in financial leadership, M&A, capital strategy, and multi-site operations, Gethin Huckle serves as Chief Financial Officer at Kustom US. In this role, he leads Kustom’s financial strategy and works alongside executive and operational leadership to strengthen financial performance, support strategic growth, and build the financial infrastructure needed to scale the organization. His experience guiding businesses through periods of rapid expansion and transformation brings a valuable perspective as Kustom continues to grow its national platform.

Before joining Kustom, Gethin spent 12 years as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Simple Management Group, where he helped scale the business from approximately 20 locations to 120 across 14 countries and grow revenue from roughly $7 million to $200 million. Throughout his career, he has led capital strategy, acquisitions and post-acquisition integration, financial systems transformation, audit and compliance, and enterprise risk management. He has also held financial leadership and advisory roles with Grant Thornton, Ernst & Young, KPMG and Paciscor Group giving him extensive experience across both privately held and global organizations.

Gethin is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA) and completed the Strategic Financial Leadership Program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. He holds a Master of Science in Computational Chemistry and a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Chemistry, and Geography from the University of Manchester.

Originally from the UK, Gethin now lives in Windermere, FL with his family, where he spends his free time cycling, skiing and scuba diving.
