Chief Revenue Officer

April Sayer serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Kustom, where she leads the company’s revenue engine across sales and marketing. In her role, she sets enterprise growth priorities, aligns teams around clear targets, and brings together the strategy, execution, and accountability required to deliver results across Kustom’s markets.

Prior to joining Kustom, April joined Crete United in 2021 as National Sales Director and was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2022. She later served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, overseeing sales and marketing teams, establishing targets and goals, and driving the initiatives needed to achieve them. April brings more than 15 years of national sales experience in the MEP industry.

Earlier in her career, April held leadership roles at ABM Industries as Florida Regional Director and Director of ESCO Sales. She also served as a Senior Account Executive at Belfor Property Restoration and System Tech Services.
