Mr. Devine will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives and capitalizing on growth opportunities to further position Kustom US as a market leader in the property restoration and disaster recovery sector.
About Joseph “Joey” Devine
Joey Devine brings extensive experience in commercial portfolio management and capital markets origination to Kustom US. He began his career at SunTrust, where he focused on underwriting and deal structuring for private companies requiring debt financing over $10 million, while managing a portfolio exceeding $1 billion in total debt exposure. After the merger of BB&T and SunTrust, Joey became an integral part of the Capital Markets Origination team at Truist. He represented a wide array of investment banking groups including Syndicated & Leveraged Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Financial Risk Management, Structured Real Estate, and Asset-Based Lending.
In his most recent role, Joey transitioned to the Commercial Banking team where he specialized in providing strategic capital solutions across various industries for transformational events. Throughout his time at Truist, he successfully structured over $1 billion in debt transactions, bolstering his reputation for financial acumen and strategic thinking.
