Vice President of Operations, Southeast Region Michael McKeeby joined Kustom US as VP of Operations, Southeast Region, in late February 2023. Michael was born and raised in Central Florida and graduated from Florida Atlantic University. He began his career in the restoration industry immediately after college working in a sales role for a national restoration equipment and material supplier. After a few years on the supplier side, he joined a small, local restoration company as a Restoration Technician.
Michael continued advancing in his career and was promoted several times to Project Manager, Estimator, Production Manager, General Manager, and finally, President. During his tenure, the company expanded from one office to three offices and grew to become a highly respected restoration company in Florida. Michael is a licensed Residential Building Contractor and licensed Mold Remediator in Florida, and holds IICRC certifications in Carpet Cleaning, Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Fire and Smoke Restoration, and Applied Microbial Remediation as well as the NORMI Certified Mold Remediator Certification. During his free time, Michael enjoys spending time with his family and enjoys any outdoor activities.

Kustom redid our Master Bathroom after a slow leak was discovered underneath Vanity flooring. It was an extended project due to the build-up of mold but it was well handled with professionalism and courtesy! Our bathroom now is looking great and we are enjoying the results of their hard work!
