The team at Kustom Indianapolis helped us deal with the stress of a water leak that soaked the ceiling drywall in our condo. Paul and Adam were wonderful. Paul did the first inspection, thoroughly reviewed their process and answered our questions. Paul and Adam set up all the equipment within hours of our call requesting they fix the problem. We live in student apartments and were so thankful to have this team hired by our landlords. Will did a great job getting things dried out from the roof leak in our 2nd bedroom and came by to check on it at regular intervals until completed. Adam and the finishing team did a great job with communication as far as when to expect them and what to expect to wrap up the work. The ceiling looks better than when we moved in and I could not be happier with the professionalism of this team. I have a newborn AND was working full time from home – and they worked quietly, quickly, and as efficiently as possible.
