Matt is responsible for implementing and executing Kustom’s people strategy, including all components of Talent Acquisition and Talent Development. Matt’s focus is on enhancing Kustom’s positive employee culture, is key to Kustom’s continued success. Matt has over 20 years of Human Resources leadership experience in multiple industries, including construction. Matt’s previous positions include Human Resources Director and Vice President roles with The Sherwin Williams Company, Danaher Corporation, Eckler Industries and most recently with Turner Construction Company. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources Management from the State University of New York at Oswego and a Master of Business Administration Degree from Mercer University’s Stetson School of Business, in addition to multiple professional Human Resources certifications.
Matt enjoys exercise, outdoor activities, utilizing his carpentry skills on home improvement projects, and spending time with his wife and 3 children.
